A champion on the court and a leader on the sidelines, Coach Alex Richard brings high-level playing experience and a passion for player development to Together On Three.

A 2013 graduate of Kewaunee High School, Alex was a two-time First Team All-Packerland Conference selectionand helped lead her team to three consecutive State Tournament appearances, bringing home two State Championships and one State Runner-Up title.

At UW-Oshkosh, she was a three-time WIAC Honorable Mention and played a key role in one regular season title and three WIAC Tournament Championships, advancing to the NCAA Sweet 16 twice. Her team amassed an impressive 98-21 record during her four-year collegiate career.

With four years of coaching experience in Kewaunee and now three years coaching with TO3, Coach Alex is committed to helping young athletes elevate their skills, compete at the highest level, and develop a winning mindset.
