Meet Coach Taylor Bredael-Schmidt
Taylor Bradael-Schmidt is no stranger to competition—or to building winning teams. A three-sport standout at Algoma High School, Taylor’s athletic career includes two state titles (in basketball and softball), a state runner-up finish in basketball, and multiple appearances at the state level. Her determination, leadership, and love for the game made her a force on every court and field she stepped onto.
Continuing her career at UW-Oshkosh, Taylor became a key player in the program's success. Over four years, she helped lead the Titans to four NCAA D3 tournament appearances, including two trips to the Sweet 16, and secured one conference championship and three conference tournament titles. Individually, Taylor earned an impressive list of accolades:
WIAC Player of the Year (2017)
Three-time All-WIAC First Team selection
All-WIAC Defensive Team honoree
Three-time NCAA D3 All-Region (D3Hoops)
Three-time NCAA D3 All-America (WBCA)
She left her mark as the 6th leading scorer (1,281 points) and 4th all-time assist leader (321 assists) in UW-Oshkosh history—starting all 119 games in her collegiate career.
After college, Taylor shifted her passion for the game to coaching, beginning with youth basketball and softball in her hometown of Algoma. Her coaching journey includes:
Varsity Assistant Coach at Pulaski (2 years)
Head Varsity Girls’ Coach at Luxemburg-Casco (4 years)
Two-time WBCA Senior All-Star Game Coach
In addition to her coaching roles, Taylor launched TS Camps in 2019 to offer personalized skills training and camps for athletes of all ages and levels. Through this, she quickly connected with players seeking more opportunities—and that’s how Together On 3 (TO3) was born. Now in its third year, TO3 has grown into a six-team powerhouse, rooted in community, competition, and leadership.
Taylor’s mission is simple: to meet athletes where they are, help them exceed their goals, and build lasting relationships along the way.
