With over two decades of coaching experience, Coach Eric Schneider brings a wealth of basketball knowledge and leadership to Together On Three. His coaching journey began at the youth level, working with both boys’ and girls’ teams before stepping into high school coaching.

Eric spent 11 years as the Boys' JV Head Coach and 4 years as the Varsity Boys' Head Coach at Algoma High School, developing athletes and fostering a competitive, team-first mindset. Now in his second year with Together On Three AAU, he continues to push players to reach their full potential, emphasizing fundamentals, strategy, and mental toughness.

Coach Eric is passionate about helping young athletes grow their skills, confidence, and love for the game—preparing them for success on and off the court.
